Returns & Exchanges

At Search, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Search account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
